1. Return Policy

We offer a 7-day return policy for preowned luxury bags purchased from our store, subject to the following terms and conditions:

Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery.
The returned item must be in its original condition, meaning it must not have been worn, altered, or damaged in any way.
All original tags, packaging, and accessories (dust bags, authenticity cards, etc.) must be included in the return.
The item must be free from any signs of wear, use, or alteration, including but not limited to scratches, stains, or odors.

2. Return Process

Contact our customer service team at info@elsluxurycloset.com within 7 days of receiving your order, with your order number, the reason for the return, and any supporting documentation or images if necessary.

3. Return Fee

We charge a flat return fee of $20 to cover return shipping and handling. This fee will be deducted from your refund amount upon return approval.

4. Refunds

Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, a refund will be processed to the original payment method, minus the return fee.

5. Exceptions

Items that have been worn, altered, or damaged by the customer will not be accepted for return. Sale or discounted items are final sale. If you received the wrong item or the item was defective, please contact us immediately for a full refund or exchange.
