Standard Items (excluding ELR)
- Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery, item unworn/unaltered, with original tags, packaging, and accessories.
- Return fee: flat $20, deducted from refund.
- Sale/discounted items are final sale. Custom or personalized items are non-returnable.
- To initiate: email info@elsluxurycloset.com with your order number and reason for return.
All sales are final. No returns
Kindly make inquires, read details and check photos before making payments. Ensure the shipping information is valid and updated. In the event of wrong or not updated shipping address, we cannot change address, you will be refunded back less paypal fees and will be issued another invoice.
All items are guaranteed authentic, in the event that the item is proven not authentic by licensed authenticator or authentication company, kindly send proof and photos of item, we will perform our due diligence and have it authenticated also by RealAuthentication at our expense. If proven not authentic a full refund will be issued and item will be returned at our expense.
Buyers remorse, we do not accept returns due to change of mind, or sizing reason, color difference issue, length of strap or bag shape issue. Please do your due diligence in confirming size and other inquiries before payment, you may ask more photos for reference whenever needed.

ELR (Elevated Luxury Redefined) Items
At ELR, each item is meticulously curated and inspected. We welcome requests for additional photos, videos, or details prior to checkout.
- Returns accepted within 4 days of confirmed delivery.
- Return processing fee: $40, deducted from the final refund.
- Returns must include all original packaging, authenticity cards, dust bags, straps, and tags.
- Returns with missing items or altered packaging may be denied or assessed additional fees.

Authenticity Claims (All Items)
For items sold as "guaranteed authentic," a return or refund may be requested if the item is proven not authentic, subject to:
- 90-day claim period from date of delivery — claims after this period are not accepted.
- Buyer must provide verifiable documentation from a recognized third-party authenticator.
- Item must be returned in its original condition, with all original packaging, tags, and identifiers intact.
- The seller is not liable for claims made after the 90-day period, due to inability to verify chain of custody.
