1. Return Policy We offer a 7-day return policy for preowned luxury bags purchased from our store, subject to the following terms and conditions:

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery.
  • The returned item must be in its original condition, meaning it must not have been worn, altered, or damaged in any way.
  • All original tags, packaging, and accessories (dust bags, authenticity cards, etc.) must be included in the return.
  • The item must be free from any signs of wear, use, or alteration, including but not limited to scratches, stains, or odors (e.g., perfume, smoke, etc.).

2. Return Process To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • Contact our customer service team at elsluxurycloset@aol.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Provide your order number, the reason for the return, and any supporting documentation or images if necessary.
  • Our team will provide you with the return instructions and the return address.

3. Return Fee We charge a flat return fee of $20 to cover return shipping and handling. This fee will be deducted from your refund amount upon return approval.

4. Refunds

  • Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, a refund will be processed within [X] business days.
  • The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase, minus the return fee.
  • If the item does not meet the return conditions or arrives damaged, we reserve the right to deny the refund and return the item to you at your expense.

**Additional Return Policy – Authenticity Claims**
For items sold as “guaranteed authentic,” the buyer is entitled to request a return or refund if the item is proven not authentic, subject to the following conditions:
1. **90-Day Claim Period**
Any claim regarding authenticity must be initiated within ninety (90) days from the date of delivery. Claims made after this period will not be accepted, and the seller shall be released from any and all liability related to authenticity.

2. **Burden of Proof**
The buyer must provide, verifiable documentation from a recognized third-party authenticator demonstrating that the item is not authentic. The seller reserves the right to determine whether the provided proof meets reasonable standards.

3. **Condition & Item Verification Requirement**
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as originally delivered, with all original packaging, tags, serial numbers, and identifiers intact.
After 90 days, the seller is not responsible for authenticity claims due to the inability to verify that the returned item is the same item originally sold.

4. **Chain of Custody Limitations**
The seller shall not be liable for claims made after the 90-day period due to the inability to confirm the item’s custody, handling, storage conditions, or potential alterations after delivery.

5. **Risk of Substitution or Tampering**
After 90 days, the seller is released from liability due to the increased risk that the item may have been substituted, modified, damaged, or otherwise altered, making verification unreliable.

6. **Market and Authentication Variability**
Authentication standards, expert opinions, and market determinations may evolve over time. The seller is not responsible for differing or newly issued opinions that arise after the 90-day claim window.

7. **Wear, Damage, or Modification**
Any signs of wear, repair, modification, or damage occurring after delivery void eligibility for authenticity-based returns, as such changes may affect verification outcomes.

8. **Third-Party Handling**
The seller is not responsible for items that have been handled, altered, or evaluated by unauthorized third parties in a way that could compromise the integrity or authenticity of the item.

9. **Finality of Sale After Claim Period**
Upon expiration of the 90-day period, the sale shall be considered final with respect to authenticity, and the buyer assumes full responsibility for the item.
